How to play Shorekeeper
The most universal Support in the game, and the reason is a single team-wide buff: 12.5% Crit. Rate and 25% Crit. DMG to everyone.
On top of that she heals well, her Outro Skill amplifies damage across the team, and she can save a character from a fatal blow. Her first rotation is long, four Basic Attacks into a Heavy Attack twice to fill Concerto, then Resonance Skill, Echo, Resonance Liberation and Outro.
Every rotation after that is much shorter, because Intro Skill is available.
At S0 the buff window is short: carries with a long field time struggle to close it, and S1 opens it up.

Suoming feeds Electro DMG, and that’s what Hsin scales on.
Shorekeeper puts Crit and ATK on top of everything, and heals.

With Buling (4★) in Shorekeeper’s seat: about 2.4M per rotation.
Jingran Hypercarry
Jingran (Main DPS), Iuno (Sub-DPS), Shorekeeper (Support)
The best Jingran Hypercarry.
Iuno's damage amp multiplies everything Jingran does.
Shorekeeper puts Crit and ATK on top of everything, and heals.
On the numbers, about 2.6M per rotation.

Substats: Energy Regen (230%) > HP% > FLAT HP (Crit. DMG only for Damage focused builds)
