How to play Phoebe

A Spectro Resonator who is two characters depending on how her Forte Circuit is spent, and a Heavy Attack carry either way. Both sides run on Heavy Attack damage, and she cannot swap between them until Divine Voice is spent.

Filling Prayer lights up both her Basic Attack and Resonance Skill icons: holding Basic Attack enters Absolution and plays her as the main DPS, holding Resonance Skill enters Confession and plays her as Support.

The two states cannot coexist, so the choice is made fresh every rotation and decides what the rest of the team is doing.

Iuno's damage amp multiplies everything Phoebe does.

Phoebe (Main DPS), Lynae (Sub-DPS), Rover (Spectro) (Support)

A Phoebe Hypercarry, strong in Tower.

Lynae's Resonance Liberation DMG covers the whole team. Phoebe gets it in any rotation order.

Phoebe and Rover Spectro both deal damage on field. The rotation has to split it.

A Phoebe Hypercarry, strong in Tower.

Chisa keeps Spectro Frazzle stacked. Phoebe's damage reads off it.

Phoebe Triple Spectro Team (Absolution)

Phoebe (Main DPS), Rover (Spectro) (Sub-DPS), Shorekeeper or Verina (Support)

A Phoebe Triple Spectro Team (Absolution).

Phoebe and Rover Spectro both deal damage on field. The rotation has to split it.

Shorekeeper puts Crit and ATK on top of everything, and heals.

• Eternal Radiance, 5 echoes: 2 pieces: Spectro DMG + 10% 5 pieces: Inflicting Spectro Frazzle on enemies increases Crit. Rate by 20% for 15s. Attacking enemies inflicted with 10 stacks of Spectro Frazzle grants 15% Spectro DMG Bonus for 15s.
