How to play Rover (Spectro)
The Spectro Rover, a Spectro DPS on Resonance Skill DMG whose real contribution is how fast they stack Spectro Frazzle.
Basic Attacks, Heavy Attacks and Intro Skill build Diminutive Sound, and above 50 the enhanced Resonance Skill applies a Spectro Frazzle that does not decay. That non-decaying stack is the difference between a Frazzle team that has to keep reapplying and one that can leave and come back, which is why they anchor the archetype.
