How to play Changli

A Fusion main DPS or sub-DPS whose damage is concentrated in Resonance Skill DMG.

Enflamement is the engine: the 4th Basic Attack hit, the 4th Mid-air hit, a short-tap Resonance Skill or Intro Skill grants True Sight for 12s, and attacks during that window land stacks. At 4 stacks she gets an enhanced Heavy Attack, and Resonance Liberation simply hands her all 4 at once.

She also buffs Fusion DMG and Resonance Liberation DMG outward, which is why she reads as a carry and a partner at the same time.

Changli’s best teams

Aemeath Mono Fusion

Aemeath (Main DPS), Lupa (Sub-DPS), Changli (Support)

A solid Aemeath Mono Fusion.

Lupa and Changli both feed Fusion DMG, and that’s what Aemeath scales on.

On the numbers, about 1.7M per rotation.

Cartethyia Team

Cartethyia (Main DPS), Changli (Sub-DPS), Rover (Aero) (Support)

Cartethyia heals. Changli stays in the rotation instead of breaking it to survive.

Rover (Aero) keeps Aero Erosion stacked. Cartethyia's damage reads off it.

Jinhsi Quickswap Team

Jinhsi (Main DPS), Changli (Sub-DPS), Verina (Support)

A Jinhsi Quickswap Team.

Changli feeds Resonance Liberation DMG, and that’s what Jinhsi scales on.

Verina gives everyone +15% damage on the Outro, +20% ATK all the time, and heals: the support with the easiest rotation.
