How to play Buling
An Electro Support who heals and debuffs out of the same Forte Circuit. Yin and Yang power the gauge, and spending it stacks Electro Flare and Electro Rage on the enemy while team-wide buffs and healing go out behind it.
She is a third-slot pick that gives up very little: the sustain is enough to hold a team together and the debuff keeps contributing while she is off-field.
