How to play Hiyuki
A Glacio main DPS built around Glacio Chafe, and unusual in how she spends it. Most of her damage counts as Resonance Liberation DMG rather than Basic or Heavy, so buffs that name the wrong category do very little for her.
She is a Sword user who wants the negative status kept up rather than reapplied from scratch, which puts the pressure on the second slot to hold Chafe while she cycles.

Suisui’s Outro gives the whole team +25% damage and up to +50% ATK to whoever comes in, as long as Suisui’s energy regen sits around 260%: the buffs scale off it.
On the numbers, about 2.5M per rotation.
With Chisa: about 2.4M. With Mornye: about 2.1M. With Verina: about 1.9M.

A solid Hiyuki Hypercarry.
Lynae's Resonance Liberation DMG covers the whole team. Hiyuki gets it in any rotation order.
Suisui’s Outro gives the whole team +25% damage and up to +50% ATK to whoever comes in, as long as Suisui’s energy regen sits around 260%: the buffs scale off it.
On the numbers, about 2.3M per rotation.

- Wishes of Quiet Snowfall, 5 echoes: 2 pieces: Glacio DMG + 10% 5 pieces: Inflicting Glacio Chafe on enemies increases Glacio DMG dealt by 10% for 15s. The Resonator gains the Snowfall effect for 15s, which can be triggered once every 25s. While Snowfall is active: - Dealing Resonance Liberation DMG removes Snowfall and increases the Resonator's Crit. Rate by 25% for 6s. While the effect is active, dealing Resonance Liberation DMG extends its duration by 4s, triggered once every 0.5s, up to 6 times. - Casting Outro Skill removes Snowfall and grants 25% Glacio DMG Bonus to the incoming Resonator for 15s. When Snowfall is removed, only one of the effects above can be triggered.
